Large, comfortable room with great cable tv, large fridge, hot water, good a/c, nice mountain view in a quiet area. A couple dollars more than PI economy hotels, but very much worth it! The staff were exceptional. Helpful, warm, welcoming! The owner even paid half of a medical bill and provided transport to the clinic that resulted from a minor accident (no one’s fault) on the property. Pretty amazing!!

This hotel is an absolute gem. This was our fourth stay. So glad we found this place. All the rooms are nicely furnished with a high quality finish and the beds are extremely comfortable. You really can't get better value for money than this in Moalboal. The kitchen is great and you can cook your own food. There is a large refrigerator with an ice machine too. Free water. I can't recommend this place strongly enough. There's also a great little restaurant up the hill too. Thank you OIA owners we can't wait for our next visit!

We were a little apprehensive about this property because it seemed a little too good to be true. However our fears were allayed as soon as we were greeted at the door by Gian. The house was huge! Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Good air con in the bedrooms and mosquito/fly screens on the balcony doors and windows. Lovely balconies to sit out on as well as a nice garden with eating area. The area felt safe and welcoming. The location was great and just a minutes walk from the beach and panagsama close by. Gian was especially wonderful and attentive. He responded quickly to every message and was at the house in minutes to speak in person if he thought that would be more useful. Gian also sorted lots of trips and activities for us a lot cheaper than we could find ourselves and genuinely tried really hard to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Rose also corresponded promptly. She sorted transfers from the port in Cebu city and also our onward transfer.
