Almost new building with absolutely new amenities and equipment. We've been there at Christmas time, and the host has invited us to Christmas dinner, it was so cute and nice. The food was totally delicious as well. Not far away there is a place to swim, but you need to ask the road to it. There are a lot turtles, we've seen minimum 1 in a day, but cannot find sardines at this spot. You should have a motorbike (available for rent in this accommodation) to get some food, because there is only one place to eat nearby, although food there is tasty and the prices are affordable as well (in comparison with the tourist part of Moalboal). Also there is full-equipment kitchen in Oia and you can use it to make your own dishes. As introvert and silence lover (don't like crowded tourist locations) this place is totally perfect for me. Also there is no problem for me if there will be no some necessary tourist things nearby, because i can ride a bike and can take care about myself needing. For sure, if i will come back to Moalboal, i will choose this place to live, it's just like second home.

The apartment is very big and cosy. It is on the roof floor, so there is a beautiful view. A lot of windows ands space. The family with 3 kids was very nice and convenient. There was kitchen with dishes, glasses, mixer and hot pot. A big gallon of water was available.

the place is very comfortable and the owner is very loving.Perfect place if you want to go canyoneering, you can make reservations from there and gives you all the tips and recommendations for tours. They also prepare an exquisite breakfast and dinner (you have to pay for it) and you have kitchen and fridge equipped if you need. I recommend it 100 percent if you have a motorcycle is better
