The service really was exceptional. Not only was everyone there helpful and catered to our needs, but they upgraded our room when they found out that it was our anniversary, and had a celebration slice of cake sent up. Service aside, the cleanliness of the room and the sheer number of facilities in the room (walk-in closet, a bathtub with a sea view, among others) and around the hotel (sauna, steam room, gym, 2 pools, a myriad restaurants including one in which the menu was created by a Michelin star chef) made it a great stay.

The location was great and nice to be close to the beach club which we were given daily free access to. The beach club had free sun beds and large shade sails. Could also obtain at your own cost coffee and cocktails after 12 noon. Very relaxing.

"I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The staff at the front office were extremely helpful during check-in, and despite the hotel being busy, they accommodated my request for an early check-in as I had driven all the way from Oman. I had booked a room with a sea view, and even though I arrived earlier than expected, they didn't hesitate to assist me. The F&B team provided exceptional service; they were both attentive and fast. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the hospitality and service provided by the entire team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!"
