My room was spotless and organised with a balcony view that made Kigali’s skyline sparkle at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. One even helped me plan a day trip to the city (Mr. Hirwa) The location is central, making it easy to explore Kigali. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was done daily. Lovely breakfast and very pleasant kitchen staff. The room may not be fancy, but it had a nice aesthetic and did not look dated. It's also located close enough to downtown for accessibility, but in a much more serene environment.
