I loved this little hotel! It was so charming and comfortable, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They accommodated my weird arrival and leaving times, and did my laundry. There was heaps of choice a breakfast, including plenty of fresh fruit. I had most of my evening meals there also and although the menu was limited (it is a small hotel after all), the food was excellent. There was a fridge in the room and AC, and a nice strong shower with great big fluffy white towels. I adored watching the African sun rise above Kigali from my balcony, and watching the many different birds in the vegetation all around (and this hotel clearly has someone with a serious plant addiction on the staff!). Overall, an absolute oasis for anyone wanting to get away from the large faceless multinational hotel chains elsewhere in the city.

It’s the best hostel in Kigali!! You should definitely go. Everything is simply perfect. I slept like a baby and felt really cozy and comfortable. The owner and the staff are extremely helpful and respectful. The price is amazing. It’s not in the city centre but it’s in an amazing area. There is a restaurant nearby called Kabuye so cheap (1000-1500 a meal!!!!). And a Zumba supermarket walking distance . You take a motorbike and get anywhere . The view on the hills is simply stunning . I will always come back here if I come to Kigali!!! You will read reviews about no hot water but they are installing it these days so you will have it very soon
