Chalet house was great for family. Especially with the mahjong and karaoke. The restaurant offer great meals, all our ordered were tasty. Owner was kind to offered us a ride to 7-11 and themepark. Will like to have a bbq by the hillview next time.

The scenery around the hotel is beautiful located near local farms. The staff was very fiendly owned by a man and his wife which were very welcomming and helpful. Also the housekeeping staff are friendly and nice.

Staff are pretty friendly and very helpful though we could not manage chinese language- excellent and supportive staff in helping us get the dinner with our specific requirements and serving us to relish the hotpots on the christmas eve. Will definitely have this hotel marked for a revisit in future.
