Clean, quiet, didn't have high expectations for a 2/3 star hotel but it was clean and convenient. Great value for they money.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The bathroom was spotless. The hot meal was delicious and there was a variety of breakfast foods to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect located for a game of the Bills. Employees were perfect an every time helpful. Late breakfast was ideal for longsleepers.

Everything was perfect! The location and the house itself was very clean! A very cozy place! Big parking space, very quiet neighborhood yet it is situated in front of the street, new washer and dryer, very nice living room with huge TV and the kitchen is equipped with new kitchen appliances! Love love the 2 cozy bedrooms with huge TVs and 2 clean bathrooms! Next time I come back to Buffalo, I will book this place in a heartbeat for a very long stay! It’s worth it. Thank you very much for making our 4-night stay here very comfortable. We will definitely come back!

I was allowed to check-in early, which helped with getting to the Bills game. I was even warned about a puddle in the back and recommended that I take the front door instead. The puddle was like 5-ft wide and I simply stepped over it - it was pleasant and nice how much the concierge cared.

Staff at check in was exceptionally nice and helpful. Other staff members I dealt with during the day when I extended my stay was also excellent. Very clean rooms and environment.
