Great location with shopping and dining nearby. It is about 30 mins from the city. If you're in town for an event and need a place close with options of things to do, this is a great location.

Hotel is near enough a main road for access but you are not disturbed by traffic. The staff were amazing, they checked us in remotely as we had a delayed flight and we missed check in and didn't want to lose our room. They were so accommodating, it took a lot of the stress off. A staff member showed us where the stairs are which saved us a long walk from the elevator to our room as the stairs were right next to our door. Complimentary tea and coffee in reception

The room was amazing and bigger than I expected. The AC could use some fixing however because even at 66° it got really hot in the room.

Each morning they ran out of coffee an hour before breakfast hours ended. We didn't eat the breakfast food. It was not that appealing.

The hotel was old and run down, there was nothing appealing or inviting about the room. There was poor water pressure, but that really didn’t matter because there was no hot water!! The room key worked intermittently. I really didn’t like anything about the place.
