Clean room, comfortable beds decent coffee, good value

Those damn people don't want to clean my damn room... they leave trash... they don't sweep the floor... are these damn people racist or what's wrong with them?

Everything is very clean and organized and the staff are friendly.

Nothing. I didn’t stay there. They actually double booked me through the booking.com app. I cancelled what I thought was my only booking with them only to realise after I had been charged twice and after almost five weeks have not been refunded one let alone the two bookings.

Beautiful hotel the lady on reception very helpful I think her name was Ladybird. Nice area with lovely shops and restaurants

Nothing, the place is shocking condition not really in business, as the "owner" explained the whole place is being renovated.

The room was huge with amazing facilities, really clean and comfortable and there was a restaurant just round the corner

We were greeted by a lovely friendly man who reassured us that they were around 24/7 and there’s security on site. This ended up being more reassuring than I thought because there are some interesting people about, but we felt safe and secure. The place itself was alright. A typical motel vibe, so nothing fancy / interesting. The room itself was perfect, had everything we needed and it was clean. The bed was comfy and there was a tv. My husband found it a little noisy but I didn’t hear anything and I slept really well. Blackout bond blocked the light well too. I can’t say much about the location because we were only there one night. The immediate surroundings don’t look great but not much of Jackson did. However, we had no trouble with anyone, no one bothered us, and we did not feel unsafe in anyway. There also weren’t any concerning people hanging out by the motel. We booked this place because it was reasonably priced and considering what we got I think this is great value for money and I highly recommend it - really appreciated the couple who run it.

Horrible place a lot of drug addicts live (os stay) on the place, I couldn't sleep for this halloween one single night I and my son locked ourselves on the room! Be safe don't saty on these place! I've alrady recomended booking not to have this place as an acomodation option because it's not!!!!!

I liked the fact they upgraded us as they made a mistake in sending us to a room that was not clean. Free of charge.
