The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to go above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel's location was also great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a nice touch, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Well, compared to what I had paid in New Orleans (at the first place I had stayed) and the 'so-called' quality there, this was genuinely a real eye-opener and very, very nice! Well recommended - especially if you are driving and need free parking: plenty of space. Restaurants were round the corner - including the very handy and practical 'Waffle House'. The double-bed was very comfortable. Very spacious room - A/C cooling system was great. Really useful and practical plug sockets on the side tables, each side of the bed. A nice desk area to use with one's laptop. Great shower and bathroom space. Pretty much perfect. Fridge and microwave as well. Iron could be borrowed from reception, if not in the room.

The hotel room was very large, warm, comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for a nice stay, particularly given I spent so much time there as it rained heavily for most of my 3 day stay! The staff were friendly and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had bacon, sausage, eggs, biscuits and a wide variety of cold options. Only a 15 minute walk to the excellent Civil Rights museum too. My first time in Jackson and I loved this hotel. Would definitely return.
