Everything was great enjoyed the pool and the rooms were all clean. Asked for the rooms to be close and they were all side by side. Breakfast was good. Staff was great also.

The entire establishment was exceptional! Hotel was gorgeous, room was beautiful. Clean comfortable. The hot tub and pool definitely was wonderful after waking up to a lovely 7 Degrees. The staff accommodated us with an early check in. Room service was exceptional! Our waitress was SO professional and very friendly. I honestly believe this has been my best booking thus far!

I didn't opt for the breakfast. The staff is extremely professional and personable. Very attentive to the patrons needs. Angel, Ed and Christine are top notch employees.

Just off Interstate 81, this nonsmoking hotel provides spacious rooms with free Wi-Fi and is 3 minutes’ drive from central Watertown. Guests have access to a fitness center.

I have been away from the area for six or more years, and when I left their was no hotel here. So when my husband and I drove up from MD we were GREATLY realived to see the pleasant night in in west Carthage NY by price chopper, because after a 7 drive a stop to see family it was going to be a long drive to lowville or Watertown to get a room. This place is great and everything you possibly would need to know is directly and clearly posted at the front desk. Also the coffee is always a good day starter. Thank you for the memories and we appreciate you and your staff.

It was an excellent place for the price. Nice quiet and great spot for snowmobileing. Very clean, warm, and inviting. The host was awesome she would get back to you very quickly if you needed anything. Parking was easy. Check-in instructions were easy. Property meets my expectations and more, thank you, and I hope to stay again very soon.
