The bungalow was very clean and beautiful, we felt right at home. It was perfectly located near the bird valley, Bích Động pagoda and Tam Cốc village. All of those being accessible by foot as well. For longer distances, like visiting Tràng An, they offer scooters for rental at a low price. The included breakfast was always very delicious and quickly served. Like others mentioned as well though, the hosts are what brings it all together. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. They helped wherever they could and are, besides the beauty of Ninh Binh of course, the main reason we will definitely be coming back. They were very helpful booking a trip back to Hanoi Airport as well and organized a taxi for us at a very low price.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The kids had a blast in the warm pool and the playground, the food was absolutely delicious, the villas were stunning, and the scenery was gorgeous!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It is wonderfully situated in the old quarter by the river. We had a double room with balcony with a huge bed and all the necessary amenities.

Nice pool, really kind staff, great breakfast with eggs, toast, crepes, fruit and coffee. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Close to the main area but far enough away to be quiet for relaxing.

Excellent customer service, especially the reception staff who were always willing to help in any situation.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were exceptionally warm, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. The location was both stunning and peaceful, surrounded by nature, yet conveniently close to town. It was easy to explore the area on foot, or you could rent a motorbike or borrow a pushbike for added flexibility. The manager helped us to book other tours whilst in Ninh Binh and a sleeper bus to Hanoi which was extremely helpful and streamlined our travels. The hotel itself was beautiful everything was clean, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. The complimentary breakfast was not only delicious but also very generous. The kindness and hospitality of the staff truly warmed our hearts. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful place, peaceful, surrounded by nature and bungalows with a view on the lake. We are so happy to have stayed here and even happier with the hospitality and nice treatment we got from the staff. They give you free bikes so you can easily go to Mua Caves and the Dragon mountain which is less than 10mins away. We also rented a scooter for the 2nd day and everything was very easy. Would love to come back if we are ever in Vietnam again!

Location was great for exploring all parts of Tam Coc. Mr. Tai and his family are very helpful, and can arrange for motorbike rental, and airport transfers. The are also happy to take groups of guests to enjoy local food. The room is basic, but very comfortable. Clean sheets, firm mattress, strong heater, and hot water. Breakfast is delicious along with fresh fruit.

Lovely stay with a wonderful staff who became like friends! A quiet and beautiful location. Only 30 minute walk to TamCoc. Cannot wait to return next time!

The property is beautiful, with a lovely garden and peaceful outdoor areas. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. We originally planned to stay for just one night, but we enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our stay for another night. The owners were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They lent us bikes for free and we had brought our own food and wanted to cook it, and they kindly let us use their kitchen, which we really appreciated. Their hospitality was outstanding! and they made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast was great, the room is specious and clean. The location is perfect, central but quite. The host made us breakfast for take away so we could take the bus early in the morning.
