Newly built hotel; Short walk to the city centre/main attractions. Our room was squeaky clean, spacious and welcoming. Professional and helpful personnel. This is a fabulous hotel. Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was sensational. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. They even had gluten-free toast which is hard to find in Spain.

Hospitality as it should be. Friendly, helpful staff. We arrived 2 hours before check-in, but could access the room free of additional charge. Fruit in the room, welcome drink, and lots of suggestions for us to visit, do and see. Valet parking available. Room is spacious and luxurious, beds very comfortable and bathroom impressive. Hotel is located in the city centre so everything in walking distance. Spa has been renovated and a great place to disconnect.

Set in Zizur Mayor, 6.7 km from Pamplona Catedral, Hotel Casa Azcona offers accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar.

We were greeted by a very helpful member of staff on arrival called Martin who spoke excellent English. He was very helpful in every respect with a pleasant, courteous manner. Would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future. Decor was very tastefully done, we had a lovely meal, comfortable bed, great shower . Couldn't fault anything , superb 😊

I had an outstanding day during Valentine’s Day. The new hotel is super modern, stylish and the service was phenomenal. We even received a free cava with tapas as a welcome present and we were absolute happy with our cinema suite. We definitely will come back!
