Location, location, location. Like having the amenities and front desk staff at the hotel just up the street.

Hotell Keindl asub Oberaudorfis, 44 km kaugusel golfiklubist Kitzbühel Schwarzsee. Kohapeal on tasuta jalgrattad, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja terrass. Hotel Keindl meets all of my criteria: 1) Family run, 2) CLEAN, 3) Restaurant, 4) Bier Garden, 5) In-House Butcher Shop. I was very pleased on all counts, plus my room was large and very quiet. The included Breakfast has an excellent selection including some of their own meats ! Breakfast room is large and bright with plenty of room for moving around the breakfast offerings. There was a person on duty checking me in to the breakfast and directing me where to sit. Very helpful too. Dinner was very good. The servers were attentive and orders were correct. There is a Brass Band Headquarters/Clubhouse directly across the street from the Bier Garten, very convenient and they played from around 6pm till 9pm. A very nice plus ! Laundry service was excellent and a 1 day turn-around, plus very reasonably priced. Parking was available on-site and close to an access walkway you have access to with your room passkey. Staff speak English, and were very pleasant and helpful. They keep some very good candies in the tray/dish on the Reception counter.

The Nala Individuellhotel is located in the centre of Innsbruck, 800 metres from the Golden Roof. It offers a small fitness centre with an infrared cabin, and free WiFi access. Everything was so perfect I didn’t want to leave the room 😍

The Boutiquehotel Weisses Rössl offers spacious rooms in a historic building with a restaurant, a 1-minute walk from Innsbruck's Golden Roof. Internet access is available free of charge. So Amasing hotel !!was perfect all details!!!Highly Recomended!!

Located in the heart of Innsbruck, the city’s first design hotel has opened its doors and enriched the city with an architectural jewel. Staff fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The young girl working at reception at night is superb and is a credit to the Penz. I apologise I dont know her name.

Hotel Innsbruck is located at the bank of the Inn River in the heart of the Old Town, 200 metres from Golden Roof, a 5-minute walk away from the Congress Centre and the Nordkettenbahnen Cable Car. Our room was small but very comfortable, with a soft bed and the option to choose from a pillow menu at reception – a lovely touch. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding! A wide variety of delicious options including cold cuts, fish, cheeses, freshly squeezed juices, and more. Honestly, the breakfast alone is worth staying at this hotel. The spa facilities were very good. On the -1 floor there’s a pool and sauna, and on the 6th-floor terrace there are additional saunas (adults only). Just be aware that the rooftop spa follows traditional German customs – clothing is optional – so if you’re traveling with children or feel uncomfortable with that, you might want to skip the terrace area. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and were very impressed. After trying several places in the Old Town, we found the hotel’s restaurant to be one of the best in terms of food quality. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance to all major attractions. Public parking is available just behind the hotel, about 100 meters away. If you show your ticket at reception, you get a small discount. We paid around €20 for the night.

Apartments Oliver, Axams asub Innsbruckis, vaid 11 km kaugusel Kuldsest katusest. Majutusruumidest avaneb vaade mägedele. Kohapeal on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. It was excellent. Everything was top class.

Majutusasutuses Alp Living Apartments Self-Check on saun. In asub Innsbruckis. Liftiga majutusasutusel on ka päikeseterrass. All good, except the outdoor furniture was not cleaned enough.
