Me and my partner stayed at this amazing little place and loved it. Location provides amazing view of the mountains,very clean and comfortable,the apartment was very well arranged and the spa was kept open for us on our first day there due to us arriving later than expected. The staff was extremely friendly and caring and we have decided to make it an annual trip and stay there.

The staff was great. They are allways eager to help and they made me enjoy my stay. The food is great at the buffet cantina. There is a HERO in the background at the buffet who is cookcing awsome food. I booked with breackfest included but then I decided to go each nigh and talke my dinner at the hotel buffet since there is nothing in Bansko that can beat what they provide. And the price is perfect.

The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

This villa is amazing, all exactly like in the pictures. Everything is new and in great condition, we had all we need - wash machine, dish machine, toaster, coffee machine and so on.. The private jacuzzi in the garden is the gem of this place - every evening we spent there, the water is kept warm even when it’s freezing cold outside. Great value for money, highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved the space, modern and good quality furnishings. Location was great, private parking was also a huge plus. Underfloor heating was so pleasant! Perfect cosy warm stay. With a huge TV for Netflix and chill after a hard day snowboarding. Looking forward to booking it again. Staff were very attentive and always willing to help and resolve any issues promptly. This is a wonderful apartment with a beautiful view of the mountains from the window. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very clean, with a fresh renovation, modern design, and excellent taste. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful. They met us upon arrival and assisted us with everything. They responded to every request immediately and did much more for us than we expected. The price is very reasonable for such a high-quality place. There is plenty of free parking nearby. The location is excellent — just a one-minute walk to the Old Town. Shops, restaurants, and everything you need are within easy reach, and the ski lift is also nearby. Highly recommended. A wonderful place to stay.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. We were greeted by Nino and Stefan upon our arrival and they were pleasant from the start to finish. We stayed in the half chalet which is detached at the back of the hotel, it's very cosy and perfectly heated. We ate downstairs one night at the restaurant which was a great change from the traditional Bulgarian food we had each other night. They gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to do on our day off from skiing. The lobby was great Stefan had a signature cocktail menu he created and all of them we tried were fantastic. Nino would drive us to the ski lift each morning after breakfast it was so convenient. A lovely family run hotel, highly recommended. Quiet and away from the busyness on the main street.
