If you have a fireplace in your room, don't miss having it lit by the hotel, it's an unforgettable experience of the smell of good wood and amazing warmth in the room - for those who come during the snow season. Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Perfect Proximity to the ski lift. Spa, sauna, Jacuzzi and warm pool are exceptional. Tepanyaki Restaurant was absolutely brilliant- kids enjoyed it tremendously and the food was special.

It was clean apartment, some things are renewed, some things are outdated. Bed was comfortable and we rested well. That is exactly what we were looking for.

The staff was fantastic, the place was really great for all of us 2 adults and 3 years old and 5 years old kids. The pool was perfect size for them, there was a kids room where they played a bit as well. We had dinner which was really good, a little choice and everything was made with quality and was extremely delicious. Breakfast was also on a really high level. You can pick what you want to take for breakfast and everything we picked was amazingly delicious.
