Quartos muito acolhedores, bem decorados, modernos e muito bem limpos. Toalhas e camas de boa qualidade. Pequeno almoço excelente. Zonas comuns muito agradáveis, arranjados com muito bom gosto e muito calorosos. Localização perfeita no centro da cidade. Excelente hotel!

We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!
