Located in the very centre of the town of Smolyan, the hotel is close to the main cultural landmarks and boasts great views to the mountain. It was an exceptional weekend for my partner and I as we couldn't find much about the place on any social media platforms and a lot of the reviews online were from years back. When we arrived we instantly recognized that the place was fantastic. From the gate to the room, the staff, the spa, the lobby, restaurant - every single detail was great. Clean, warm, welcoming, cozy, modern. It's a must visit and a must return again!

SAFI FOREST village offers a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 34 km of Yagodinska Cave and 37 km of Devil's Throat Cave. The property features mountain and lake views. A lovely place with a gorgeous view. Well equipped. We were alone so we had a large private dining room. Topics for improvement: The location of the drain in the shower is bad and illogical, right in front of the toilet. No internet. There is no air conditioning (we arrived on a cool day, so it was fine). Thanks to the view and the luxuries, it is highly recommended.

Perfect location for a peaceful rest – literally next to the forest. The villa was very spacious and cosy, and the hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming.

Located in Devin, 22 km from Yagodinska Cave and 24 km from Devil's Throat Cave, Guest House Tanevi offers air conditioning. Beautiful view. Nice rooms. Probably for elder people (75-80+) will be not so suitable, because if you don't use car to go to Devin center (it is on 10 minutes walk), there are steep stairs, when you go back to house.

It’s not too far from the city center (not walkable distance but a short car ride). The view is absolutely breathtaking, the rooms have everything you need and the separate kitchen is also very convenient. The wellness center is small but it has everything you need and it’s very clean. This is a great place for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. The host, Catherine is amazing, very helpful and kind.

Situated in Dospat, 31 km from Yagodinska Cave, Belvedere Hills provides accommodation with a sauna, a hot tub and spa facilities. This villa features free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. Very nice apartment, we didn't met the staff, but the few things we needed, the communication was very good and got everything.
