Diverse and delicious breakfast, the rooms are quite well maintained and comfortable. Impeccable cleanliness. The staff was very helpful every step of the way.

Every room at this guest house is air conditioned and features a flat-screen... The owner was nice and very helpful, and he spoke English very well. He took the time to give me great ideas for day trips. He was not trying to sell anything, which was very honest and very kind. The breakfast was excellent. The location is quieter because it is on a hill and not in the party center.”

Every single detail of this pousada exceeded my expectations — from the room and the breathtaking view to the delicious breakfast and the overwhelming sense of nature and tranquility. It feels wonderfully secluded, as if you were far from town, yet it’s only a five-minute walk away. Werner also took me on unforgettable activities, from kayaking to discovering the local gastronomy, always making sure I had the true experience in Morro de São Paulo. The experience was deeply restorative and truly unforgettable. Where else can you enjoy breakfast with a stunning sea view, have monkeys casually join you at the table, and be greeted by a talking papagaio? Leaving Werner’s pousada was truly not easy. I have just one wish now: to come back to Villa Bahia.

Just 100 metres from the sea in Porto de Cima Beach, this charming guest house is surrounded by native forest. It offers air-conditioned rooms with a balcony. Breakfast and free Wi-Fi are available. Fantastic location, walking distance to all main beaches of this incredible island. The staff deserves a 10 out of 10 for their friendliness and kindness.. I loved in particular the sensation of peace and tranquillity immerse in the nature. Homemade breakfast is definitely a plus. I recommend Pousada Aquarela A LOT. I am sure I'll come back.
