Located in Banff National Park, this resort features suites with views of the Rocky Mountain. Easy access is available to Bow Valley Parkway and Lake Louise is 20 minutes’ drive away. The staff at the reception desk was absolutely ffiendly and helpful. We met Leonor, she was jso kind. Breakfast was an pleasant experience, especially with the baked goods that you can freely take out, which incentive to do so by the friendly staff. Main restaurant has great food and expert waiters/waitresses that explain all detail to you. Beds were very comfortable and room very adequate. Even though the hotel is not that new, everything looked very modern.
