We came because of the Eurovision, and had great time. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help – from check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and pleasantly. The service was outstanding, and the whole team made it clear they truly care about their guests. The rooms were modern, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful design details that made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic; varied, fresh, and delicious, with something for everyone. The breakfast area has a stylish yet cozy atmosphere that made mornings feel special and had modern appliances for guests to use. The location is great, with excellent access to public transportation, making it easy to reach any part of the city. It is easy to go to the airport, St.Jakobshalle and city centre. A great bonus is the option for online check-out, which takes less than two minutes – super convenient and efficient and you can do it 0-24. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Basel, with top-notch service and a great location.

Situated in a great spot with a view of the Spalentor gate. Cozy hotel with fantastic staff, Vivienne and Cecile were so hospitable, sweet and helpful. We had a wonderful time in Basel and the attitude of the staff and hotel hospitality contributed to this. We got engaged on our last night and the girls surprised us with Prosecco and room decor. It was a lovely surprise and a memory we will cherish. We will definitely be staying again!!
