I had an amazing stay! The restaurant system is fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. The terrace is beautiful with a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing. The rooms are warm, welcoming, and impeccably clean. I truly felt at home and would be more than happy to come back. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Schlosshotel Thun. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spa area is small but charming, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the location — just a quick elevator ride down to the Old Town, which made getting around so easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thun!

Our stay was more than great, and the place exceeds expectations. The location is perfect and only a few minutes walk from the bus stop. When we arrived, we found everything that made the guest feel welcome: coffee, tea, chocolate and a fully equipped kitchen as if it were prepared with special care for us. The village itself is charming, and its picturesque view. We loved having a small shop that catered to all the needs, as well as the possibility of buying fresh milk and local cheese from the village - a beautiful experience that made our stay more authentic. As for Miss Helen, she was on top of kindness and attention and gave my child a gift that made her very happy, and her advice was golden, and the picnic was one of the most beautiful moments of our journey, and the views along the way are unforgettable. In short: a place worth admiring, and the owner of the place makes the experience much better. We highly recommend it, and we hope it will be back soon.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful chalet in Wilderwil, Switzerland, and it truly felt like a home away from home, thanks to our hosts, Mr. Fritz and Mrs. Gabi. The village of Wilderwil is a sight to behold, with its mesmerizing beauty that captures the essence of Switzerland's enchanting landscapes. 😍 The facilities at the chalet were more than adequate, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast featuring authentic Swiss cuisine—absolutely loved the bread, butter, and sausages! *While a bit more variety day-to-day would have been appreciated, the authentic taste of the food, provided a delightful compensation for the limited selection.. 😉 Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking to experience genuine Swiss hospitality in a picturesque setting. We're already looking forward to our next visit with Mr. Fritz and Mrs. Gabi! 😇

On arrival at Reception, was upgraded to a suite overlooking green space at the front of the hotel where, from the balcony, a continual procession of paragliders could be seen descending from the surrounding mountains. The location of the hotel is excellent. Every member of staff was professional, courteous, attentive and polite. The Spa facilities were first class. Breakfast was very good as was the relaxing vibe in the dining room. An early departure didn't allow time for breakfast but the hotel provided sandwiches, fruit, snacks and water to take away.
