The location was excellent. Only a short walk from the main city centre. There were sufficient eating options close by including a supermarket. The cooking facilities had everything we needed it was just so well equipped. The attention to detail was exceptional. A bottle of wine and Toblerone chocolate on arrival was a nice touch. It was the best accommodation we had in our 6 week overseas trip. Highly recommended.

This is a family hotel of local. One of the purpose of my trip is to experience local houses of wood, this is the right one! Very friendly family, with their lovely dog and animals. The rooms are cozy, warm, with one big kitchen of all we need, a bedroom and living room with sofa, table and TV. This is definitely one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in and photos won't do justice on how beautiful the view is. The host is very nice and she took care of every minor request we has which made our stay more than pleasant. Looking forward to visiting again soon

Property (Krokus - double storey house good for 6pax) is very clean, warm, cosy and has a fully equipped Kitchen. Lake behind property is very beautiful. Owner Matt was very responsive and helpful. Location is very good, has a small supermarket just outside property and 3 supermarkets (Migro, Coop and Avec) a short walk away near Interlaken West train station. Our transfer from Interlaken West to Zermatt was hassle free even with luggage in tow. Free transport bus pass was given as well, transfer via free bus to Interlaken OST to explore Junfraujoch and Mount First was easy. Highly recommended to stay here!
