This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The service was excellent, and the staff made me feel very special. The design is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable with great attention to detail. ‏The dining experience was outstanding, with fresh and delicious meals paired with exceptional service. The spa, overlooking stunning views, added another layer of relaxation to my stay. ‏I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and was warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift of champagne and chocolates. It was an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely return in the future.

This property is great now and when we stayed there 8 years ago. The owner is pleasant and helpful. It’s nestled in a small town that has its own sky lift (if there is enough snow).

This apartment has a great home feel and was the best place we've ever stayed during our vacation. The hosts are super friendly and took care of everything to make our stay extremely pleasant. We highly recommend this place and will come back if again in the same region.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, excellent restaurant. Big room, comfortable beds, great bathroom. Perfect choice for visiting the region and avoiding the extremely expensive and crowded Lucerne.

Rising high on Mount Bürgenstock, this early 1900s villa offers luxurious rooms with balconies and a heated infinity pool overlooking Lake Lucerne. In one word, perfect!! In 3 words, heaven on earth. The hotel is amazing, the view cannot be captured by any photos. A luxurious hotel, yet the elegance is not extravagant. The staff is amazing, never seen such a willingness to help and serve, they are so nice I cannot find the words. The breakfast is amazing, the infinity pool is breathtaking, and the view and location are amazing. One of the best hotels I've been to. Felt like home and I miss it already. Looking forward to my next time there.

Located in Beckenried at Lake Lucerne, Boutique-Hotel Schlüssel offers rooms of unique charm in a historic building dating back to 1820. WiFi access is free of charge. This was such a beautiful surprise. Haven’t enjoyed staying at a hotel in a loooong time. The ladies who run the place are super warm and welcoming. They host all guests for an Apero in the evening (maybe was a Xmas thing, but I loved it a lot) the room is spacious, clean, warm, nicely furnished, has coffee and tea facilities and a minibar. Comfy bed and a couch to lounge on. The dinner at the hotel was spectacular. Very meticulously curated 3 course dinner and the lady chef put all her love and creativity into the dishes. One massive plus: they arranged a welcome corner for my dog with a bed and two bowls.

Free on-site parking. The hosts were nice and accommodated for our late arrival.
