Our room was very comfortable and quiet, the location was convenient for arrival and departure by bus, and Carol's hospitality and breakfast were wonderful. Carol and her husband were extremely helpful; they invited us to eat lunch in the breakfast room after checkout in addition to storing our luggage. The property is older and a bit worn, but it's spotlessly clean and a tremendous value. The warmth of the hospitality you'll receive is unmatched.

Great apartment where i stayed with my bicycle before starting my Patagonia cycling adventure. The man that works at the apartments was very helpful, recommending places to go to shop and eat. There are convenience stores right outside the apartment and a good restaurant down the hill a 5 min walk away. I would recommend staying here.

Sandra is a lovely host, who tries her best to make you feel comfortable. The showerhead was adjustable and could get really warm. The place is located right on the costanera and the cafe opposite sells amazing cakes.

Appartement super clean, super bien entretenu. Franchement 100% recommandé pour 2-3 personnes. Un petit terraze avec une petite rivière à côté. Super cool À pie à 10 minutes de Frutillar bajo.

The owner had great advice on where to visit, including a great penguin tour that I took on my last day. The room was also good, with a private bath. The common area was spacious too.

The kitchen has all the items you need and if you have any questions the hosts are super friendly. The place is outside of town, but it only takes a few minutes to drive into town.
