The rooms were cute and the family staff was very helpful. When we didn’t know where to go on the mountain we could text them and they would give us directions. They gave us good advice for a local spa and arranged our transportation for the four days. The meals they prepared were very tasty and they had very good tea. Lastly they had a very cute cat. I would recommend staying here!

Outstanding place for your stay - stunning interiors, allowing you to relax from the entrance, furnished with great taste, with an amazing breakfast served every morning. The location is perfect and central for exploring Huangshan and the Owner and his Wife are very friendly and helpful with any questions, ready to share recommendations. When we arrived late, he welcomed us from the street to be sure we find the location and stayed in touch with our driver when our trip to the mountains was arranged. Highly recommended!

Downstairs under the accommodation, the host has a shop where you can shop basic things as rainy coat, hygiene staff, food and drinks, as well alcohol. Tickets for nearby attractions can also be purchased from the host.

ME Hotel ligger i Huangshan, 18 minuters promenad från Cheng's Miyake, och har ett fitnesscenter, en trädgård och en bar. Centrally located, around the corner from the old town and close to many restaurants. Room was modern, comfortable and tastefully appointed. The staff was very kind and went out of their way to help in my every needs.

Our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely perfect and exceeded all our expectations. Our host was simply wonderful and went above and beyond to make our trip to Huangshan memorable. She cooked us delicious and hearty breakfasts every morning, provided us with rides to the mountain entrance, and even drove us to local restaurants for dinner. Her recommendations for the best local places to eat and buy authentic Huangshan tea were invaluable. The accommodation itself was fantastic. We had a very comfortable, large bed and a stunning panoramic view of the mountains from our window. A real highlight was the private jacuzzi in the room – perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. The guesthouse also has a lovely, friendly cat that was a delight to come home to. The location is peaceful and about a 20-minute walk from the city center, where you can find numerous restaurants and shops. We would recommend this place 10/10 without any hesitation. The only very minor downside was that the room was a little chilly at times, but it was a small price to pay for such an otherwise flawless experience. We can't wait to return!

The property and service were excellent. We were treated very kindly by staff. The owner gave us a map of the park that he created that perfected our visit to the mountains. Other tourists were taking pictures of the map because it was superior to theirs. He had also sat down with us to clearly explain possible routes. Every evening, we were able to sit in the cozy living room with tea, fruit, and kitties. What more could one ask for? Our room was stunning. We were also able to wash and dry clothes which was a huge benefit. The daily breakfast was home cooked, fresh, and delicious. We actually extended our stay because the hotel was that good.

The owners at Cloudy Warm Hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond with their level of service. We planned on visiting the Huangshan mountains and they had kindly offered to drive us up to the shuttle bus station, after a delicious homemade breakfast! The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a very cosy duvet! The location of the hotel was just what we needed and even had a stroll through the local town for some evening meals. We would highly recommend Cloudy Warm hotel, and both Mr & Mrs Yan. This is a lovely hotel and couldn’t have asked for anymore!
