Candida is a great host. Very friendly atmosphere. Picking up from the airport and the dinner was well organized. The breakfast was the best on the island and we went to many hotels.

It was a roomy townhouse, in a quiet area but close enough walk to beach. Walk out to the lovely pool which in March was empty. Taxi into Santa Maria is 5 euros. Pedro and Giovanni were easy to get in touch with and sorted out any problems.

Set in Espargos in the Sal region, Cantinho dos Dias has a balcony. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a patio.

This property is very well equipped, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The owner is very helpful and accommodating too. You won’t regret staying here. It is a bit of a walk to Santa Maria down a busy dusty road - but there is an occasional shuttle bus or taxis are 5€ 500 cve. However the upside is that the apartment is just a short walk from an incredibly beautiful beach - lovely to swim in with cafes, bars and diving trips etc on offer. It is also very close to a handy little supermarket. The best restaurants are in Santa Maria though - and they are really really good. Very sad to be leaving this lovely place!

Where should I begin? This experience was truly amazing! I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. This modern, two-bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and features a lovely balcony. It is equipped with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning throughout. The internet and television services are excellent, and guests can easily access their Netflix or Amazon accounts via the pre-installed applications on the TV. The host provided exceptional service with prompt replies. However, I am confident that you will encounter no issues during your stay, as every detail has been meticulously addressed to ensure your comfort. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Good location as we didn't want to stay in the city. Simple and cosy. Bus station, shop and restaurant were near. Very helpful owner. We could see local people every day life, which was so different.
