It has a relaxed atmosphere, is quiet, and is well organized. It is in a great location near the beach and downtown. There is nothing pretentious, and the facility provides great comfort, 3 pools plus many other activities. We were allowed to stay until 10 p.m. on the departure day for a reasonable fee. Our suite was available 6 hours earlier at check-in. Both favors were very convenient and highly appreciated.

Fantastic Stay at Hotel Riu Cabo Verde – Relaxing, Welcoming, and Memorable! 🌴 I recently spent a week at Hotel Riu Cabo Verde and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is stunning – right on a beautiful, sandy beach with clear blue waters. Perfect for long walks, swimming, or simply relaxing with a cocktail in hand. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and designed for comfort. My room was spacious, with a lovely balcony and a well-stocked minibar. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy and fresh. What really stood out was the staff – everyone from reception to the restaurant team was warm, friendly, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure guests were comfortable and having a good time. The food options were impressive, especially for an all-inclusive resort. The buffet had a great variety with fresh, flavorful dishes, and the à la carte restaurants were a nice change of pace. I particularly enjoyed the Italian and the steakhouse. During the day, there were plenty of activities (shoutout to the fun and energetic entertainment team!), but if you just want to unwind, the two pools and beach loungers offer plenty of space to relax. If I had to note anything, I’d say the buffet can get a bit repetitive after several days, and outdoor seating in the evenings could be a bit more sheltered from the wind. But those are small things in an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Riu Cabo Verde for anyone looking for a relaxing, sun-filled getaway with great service and a welcoming vibe. I’d definitely return!

Fantastic swim up room (would recommend this as you get sunbeds outside by the pool). Cannot fault the staff. Everyone is very friendly and super accommodating. Will not forget all the smiling faces and kind energy brought by the staff (especially Anderson and Mateus in the restaurant). The room was spotless and comfortable. The selection of food at the buffet was good and had something for everyone. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending this hotel!

Not far to Santa Maria, max 15 -20 mins walk. Nice and clean hotel and absolutely brilliant service by WASI, INDI, CARLOS,WESLEY,MILADY,JENA. Amazing place to stay and relax,very safe. Very good food 👌 Kitchen chef 👩‍🍳 👌

The staff are very kind, the property is few steps from the sea and the central road of santa maria, next to super markets & restaurants. Nice and clean room. I will be back again in few days.

The hotel is very good for its price! But the biggest thanks go to Derley at the reception. He is a true example of hospitality and excellent customer service!

Every single person on The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms are very tidy and clean, the rooftop bar serves great food and the bar tender - Kevin - is the best entertainer possible. Even if you don’t stay in this hotel … the rooftop bar is a must see !

Great location... walking distance to the beach. Room was large with aircons and good view of the area.

Nice hotel at the good location just one block from the beach. They have own zone with sun beds on the beach. Room was big size with huge comfortable bed. A lot of space for sunbathing around the swimming pool nice garden. The only thing what was disappointing was breakfast very boring everyday same stuff plus a lot of sugar. For person who is not eating sugar was too much unhealthy options.

The place is great! It's in a super quiet neighborhood, but still a minute's walking distance from the beach and a couple of minutes from some restaurants and cafes. Because of the location of the aparthotel, everything felt within walking distance. The room is simple but clean, spacious and very bright. We also had a cute balcony, which was great to sit at in the evenings. The breakfast is simple, but the scrambled eggs are to die for. Will definitely come back here, cause the value for money is a 10/10!

Breakfast was good, nice people and the rooms with pool view are very spatious and new. Even if we had an event at arrrival, we left the location happy because overall is a good price-quality hotel.
