Situated in Pec pod Sněžkou, 0.8 km from cableway to Snezka, Grand Hotel Hradec features accommodation with a restaurant, private secured parking, a fitness centre and a bar. We had an absolutely delightful stay in this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed, clean and the restaurant was fabulous. Also the spa was very clean and well designed.

Great location for access to chairlift up Mt Snezkou and other walks and being right in the town it's good for other restaurants. ( Visited in April/May) Also loved the spa area in sister hotel with outdoor jacuzzi. Very reasonable price.

Great selection of items for breakfast. We have been fully satisfied with offered foods and drinks. I personaly found coffee less appeasing but It was "standard", not bad by any means. We were pleasantly surprised by variety of fruits.

Last year we stayed in Janske Lazne and cycled past the "Hotel Vydrovy boudy Pec pod Sněžkou", and we said, next time we come to Pec we have to stay there. And we just stayed there, as a family of four and our dog. What do we love about it ? The location is magnificent, it is on the plateau at the top of the mountain, you feel like you are on top of the world, it is a recently built mountain chalet, and done in a beautiful style, we had the half board and the breakfast and evening meal were absolutely perfect. The hotel is run by the owner who is very friendly and very helpful with local knowledge, where to hike, where to stop for lunch. In the evening you have beautiful sunsets with views which stretch for tens of miles, at night there is a quietness which cannot be matched. We need to explore Pec more, and we will be staying here again next time and using it as our base. What more to say, Hotel Vydrovy boudy Pec pod Sněžkou is a gem, enjoy it.

The location, the food and the facilities were great, with various little details being thoughtfully prepared, but the best part was the unparalleled service and care we got from Pavla, who was there for us throughout our stay

The staff is mindful of guests' requests and makes your stay really comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and sufficient to prepare meals for four. Storage room and drying rack in the room to dry your ski shoes.
