Set in Meppen, 22 km from Theater an der Wilhelmshöhe, VIA PLAZA Meppen by Hackmann offers accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed so far. New furniture, comfy beds, big rooms, fantastic food and overall nice stay. All things in room are electric. Even light turn on automatically. Tv was big enough.

This traditional hotel in the Lower Saxon city of Oldenburg is just a 5-minute walk from the historic pedestrian area, castle and castle gardens. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms (I had booked 2 rooms) were very comfortable. The shower and WC were separate from each other. The location very good - it is 5 min walk from Oldenburg center. 2 art museums are at the same street as the hotel.

Distillery Apartments offers accommodation within 200 metres of the centre of Lüneburg, with free WiFi, and a kitchen with an oven, a microwave and a fridge. I booked at short notice because I had two spare days and someone had recommended a visit to Lüneburg. I ended up wishing I could stay longer. The apartment is in one of the town's characteristic heritage listed buildings but inside, everything is modern and high quality. It's spacious, clean and beautiful, and had everything I needed. Access was easy using the code that was sent to my phone. I loved the view of the town square from my room. The location is perfect - an easy walk from the station, right next to St John's church, Christmas markets, grocery stores, restaurants, everything very close. The chocolate on the bed was a nice additional touch.
