Este hotel situado en el animado distrito de Nyhavn ocupa 2 almacenes reformados de la década de 1800. Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación. El personal de recepción es amable. El desayuno es bueno. Pasamos año nuevo en el restaurante del hotel. La comida fue muy rica y abundante y la atención excelente. Gracias a Claudio que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos

Charlottehaven is located on Østerbro in Copenhagen and has large hotel suites and fully furnished, serviced apartments. This hotel has a cafe, well-equipped gym and pool. A comfortable bay window with beautiful view even on the 2nd floor and our kid likes a lot(However it depends on your luck because we saw some windows are not with the very good view) A big wall cabinet system was composed of quite enough volume of wardrobes to keep our winter coats and other belongings. Also we were happy with the furnishing like beetle chair, AJ wall lamp, or equipments like cutlery, dish washer, and washing machine. The floor heating system made us stay longer in this cold season. Our favourite restaurant Aube is in 10 minutes walk distance.

The architecture of the building is one of its kind. Excellent food at Brasserie. Luisa at the Spa did my manicure & she was so kind & nice. All the staff are cordial & nice. We liked how the location was right in the middle between the airport and city. It was accessible by train and metro which made getting around much easier. the hosts were so nice to talk to and get to know and were so accommodating and it felt like we lived in a home for a few days.
