Helping this family as they helped us with very good care and professional service. Dinner was amazing and my birthday happened to be here so they threw me a birthday party! And gave me great tours Ibrahim waited for us at every spot, and Mohamed took us to see a sunset with the Bedouins and carpet, pillows and tea were provided for a small fee. Hospitality and customer service exceded our expectations and prices are fair and hard to beat. I rather give my money to help this families than the big hotel chains and have more authentic food and experiences.

A bonus was that we were able to eat raw vegetables because they were washed with purified water. The outdoor dining area was also lovely. Whenever we needed a driver, Mahmoud and his son Mohamed arranged for us quickly. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is well located near the West Bank sites, and walking distance from one ruin. We would happily stay there again!
