Central location close to everything including the river and restaurants - plenty of parking nearby. We parked at Magdalena and it was an easy walk to the hotel. Loved our room - very quiet and modern overlooking a central atrium. Lovely reception staff who were very helpful. Seville is a nightmare to drive around so we left early on the morning of our departure which made for an easy start to the day.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to the housekeeping lady named Marielyn — she is one of the best and most honest cleaning staff I have ever met. She was extremely clean, thorough, and trustworthy. The spa was nice and relaxing, and the location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends and I would love to stay here again in the future.

Great staff. There is a swimming pool on the roof, and a relaxation and sunbathing area, as well as a pool bar. Breakfast in a wonderful restaurant, with full service. Amazing relaxation and comfort in this hotel.

So beautiful, well located, and warm (important as it was cold in Granada these days!). The customer service of the hotel was also awesome, they reached out a few days before on WhatsApp to organize the arrival, made it super smooth and easy. I would 100% go back there whenever back in Granada, without a doubt.
