We were so pleasantly surprised to see the dog bed! It' s the first time we stay in a hotel that provides a dog bed too- made us feel the dog was welcome and not just tolerated! The appartement we were in was very spatious, with a well equipped kitchen, very clean, with a dishwasher. The elevator works perfectly. There is a laundry room at -1 level. All my questions were answered very fast and clearly by whatsup.

Beatriz is a fantastic host and she knows how to keep everyone happy. She is very prompt to help and she goes out of the way to see that you are satisfied. The pilgrims menu is very nice and cooked by Beatriz herself and I would recommend the same to everyone. Feel at home here.

The place was spotless and the location was perfect! The beds were super comfortable and the shower was nice and spacious. There was a washing machine to do laundry and air conditioning that worked excellent!

The property was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed. It was located close to everything. No cabs needed. The host was helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation. We have stayed several times at this amazing aparthotel!  Carolina is very polite and responsive, she will always help resolve any issues that arise.  We lived in apartments with one large bed and two separate ones - and in both cases the apartments were big, clean and very beautiful. The towels and bed linen were crisp white and in excellent condition. The apartments have air conditioning, which helps on very hot days. There are enough utensils in the kitchen for a comfortable stay.  We were also pleased with the small welcome treats.  The apartments themselves are located in a quiet area with a small courtyard, which is also very nice.  The parking space included in the price is very big with very easy access.  It is also very convenient to have keyless access to the apartment.  Overall we really liked the apartment and would love to come back!
