Red Dragon Inn está en Kirkby Lonsdale, a 28 km de Bosque de Bowland, y dispone de restaurante, habitaciones libres de humo, wifi gratis y bar. Such a lovely cosy, comfortable and dog friendly place. The staff (Sean and Helen) were exceptionally kind and helpful. I was travelling with my brand new puppy and they made it so much easier for me. Can’t recommend this property enough and we will definitely be back.

Your perfect lakes escape begins here, at our family-run hotel situated in the bustling village of Braithwaite. The property is outside Keswick, but in a way, that makes it all the better--quieter. The outside patio offers a nice view and it's fun to enjoy a drink there and relax. The triple room we had offered a patio (albeit on the driveway). Dinner (we didn't eat there) smelled delicious, and breakfast was plentiful, though I would have liked less watered down coffee. As a larger facility, you don't have to order breakfast the night before.

El Ravenstone Manor es una casa solariega del siglo XIX situada en un terreno de 3 hectáreas, a 5 minutos en coche del lago Bassenthwaite. El hotel es muy lindo, con una edificación antigua con arquitectura clásica inglesa. El living y el bar son lugares muy acogedores en el hotel, con buena vista, sillones cómodos y con libros y juegos a disposición del huésped. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y cómodas y limpias. El desayuno es excepcional. De lo mejor que he probado en mucho tiempo. El hotel está ubicado a varios km del centro de Keswick. Es necesario contar con auto para poder ir y venir sin demoras. Si bien el hotel se encuentra sobre la ruta, el tránsito es poco y no se escuchan ruidos en la habitación. Hay varios senderos que salen a pocos metros del hotel para los que gustan del trekking.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. At night it gets completely dark, which made it possible to see so many stars and even constellations, such an amazing experience. The host was very welcoming and came up to show us where everything was and how to use the hot tub. He was kind enough to fix the hot tub for us as well, which we really appreciated. The accommodation itself is very new, with comfy beds, great heating, and excellent high water pressure. Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

The Swinside Inn se encuentra en Keswick, a 9,3 km de Derwentwater, y ofrece alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Most gorgoues inn! We got upgraded to the loveliest room with our two doggos. The room was amazing and the food at the inn was incredible. Everyone was incredibly friendly and we felt at home after a long day on the road. Would 100% come back!

Loved the building and want to know more about its history! Loved how you decorated the home and how much indoor and outdoor space we all had!
