Loved the warmth of the host, and the room itself was just what we needed for a quick night away. Ana found me some peanut butter when she heard me saying that I liked it, which was such a nice touch. The room was spotless and the sheets were comfy and clean.

The staff are amazing, going out of their way to ensure you are an everything you need. The rooms are large and the bed was very comfortable The Bull Freehouse , also run by the hotel , has excellent food.

It begun by a warm greeting. Turns out I had booked the wrong date somehow. But it didn’t matter. We were invited into their home, got to meet the dog’s, were made a pot of tea and they fit us in and got the little barn ready for us. Truly above and beyond. The little barn itself is amazing! Perfect mixture of modern and cozy. We didn’t even leave. I would 100% return, perhaps when the weather is a bit better so we can explore a little.

The property is a beautifully maintained and renovated 500 year old building and lovely, expansive gardens. Easy parking, warm welcome by staff, great room! The room was spacious, and had everything we needed (including a coffee machine and homemade shortbread). The included breakfast was amazing - all fresh, hot and tasty. We also had a drink in the bar late at night (missed dinner due to other commitments) and that was fun. Large, comfy bed, too!

The Peacock Inn asub Chelsworthis, Hedinghami lossist 26 km kaugusel. The welcome and hospitality was excellent. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Food is excellent, deserts are to die for and breakfast excellent with just the best quality local produce. Location is beautiful and the drinks selection is excellent - outstanding wine including hughe selection by the glass - and non alcoholic gin. We would return to eat.
