Located in the town of Boroughbridge, the historic Grantham Arms offers bedrooms just 5 km from Staveley Nature Reserve and Newby Hall & Gardens. This is a very welcoming pub. The staff, especially Debbie, Katie and Georgia were in particular, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was large and comfortable. The food was excellent and I particularly loved the outside space. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, the room was beautifully decorated, and the staff was incredibly friendly. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Highly recommend! Additionally, this was our second stay at Clementines Town Hotel, and it was just as wonderful as the first time. A boutique hotel in the heart of York just a 10-minute walk from York Minster. Everything. I could have stayed forever in that little room, with huge bed and windowview (OMG) and birds singing.
