Location distance wise was great, and you could find parking on the street. The neighborhood looked a bit strange to be honest, with many closed shops, but it may be a Chania problem, otherwise everything was great, and the hotel was very good.

Being a small local boutique hotel, all of the staff we spoke to, Nick, Irene and Eleni were knowledgeable about the area and pointed us in the right direction with restaurants and local highlights of Heraklion. The room was spacious and had a balcony. We loved the ceiling fan which moved the air around the room, rather than just air conditioning. The breakfast was enough to get you through the morning and the addition of an automatic coffee machine to use anytime of the day was convenient and welcomed. We would recommend this new hotel for convenience to Heraklion airport. It was only a 15 minute bus to Lion Square.

We came for a very short stay and enjoyed every moment at Arcasa villas. The villa was stunning, new with beautifully modern design, perfectly equipped, very clean and shows great attention to detail. It’s a pity we didn’t have time to use the pool, but there’s no doubt we’ll come back in the future.

Check-in was very easy with code key and instruction, photo videos via message. If you do not want to code each time, proximity keys available inside when you first enter to the apartment. It was easy to find a free parking place in front of the facilites. Elena was very helpfull with her support messages. Facilities are so clean, we found everything we need from oven, dishwasher, washing machine and full size refrigetator with all needed kitchen utensils. Amoudara Beach and some tavernas within walking distance. We were very happy and if we visit Chania, sure we will stay in same place.
