Perantzada Hotel 1811 is located at the picturesque port of Vathy on the island of Ithaca. This boutique hotel is housed in a 19th century neoclassical building decorated with modern art pieces. Location, ocean view even from our bed, large clean room, the manner that the furniture and art is blended to create a unique and extremely pleasing ambiance. Katerina, with her constantly happy and pleasant demeanor and overwhelming attention to detail, was solely instrumental in making our stay perfect and eager to come back....or at least be an ambassador for others to have their expectations exceeded.

Homely feel and tasteful furnishings. We loved the lemon trees and herbs outside. The pool was perfect for us and our children. We enjoyed walking to the harbour and just relaxing at the house with our books.

The location of accomodation is excellent: close to the center of Vathy but in a quite road. The house is perfect for 3 persons. It'is equipped with necessary tools that you need for a few days, such as kitchen tools, drying rack, washing machine, hair dryer etc. The hostes were friendly and helpful. They answered immediately for our questions. They helped in everything. We would choose this accomodation again. I recommend everybody.

Great location, great communication with the host, clean, comfortable, good facilities, everything worked. Had use of the garage for parking. Great outdoor spaces overlooking the water. Location was 1 street back from the main road, so little noise. Walking distance to town. Lots of restaurant and bar choices. Vathy is a good town to use as a base for exploring. Thanks Nektarios - you were a pleasure to deal with.

She greeted us each morning and always made sure we had everything we needed. She even welcomed us to pick fresh fruit from her tree. The house was filled with natural light, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped with the essentials for cooking. The house was very clean! Sea and mountain view from the living room. Nets in every window! Both the refrigerator and the bedroom’s A/C were brand new. Parking right outside the house.
