Perantzada Hotel 1811 is located at the picturesque port of Vathy on the island of Ithaca. This boutique hotel is housed in a 19th century neoclassical building decorated with modern art pieces. A beautiful hotel located close to everything in Vathy. Our rooms looked out over the port and had a wonderful balcony, perfect for relaxing. The staff were very helpful and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable - special mention to Andonis and Katerina. Thank you for having us and we will return next time we are in Ithaki.

Homely feel and tasteful furnishings. We loved the lemon trees and herbs outside. The pool was perfect for us and our children. We enjoyed walking to the harbour and just relaxing at the house with our books.

A quick phone call to the owner, and 2 minutes later, we were met by a smiling George, who let us in and showed us round a spotlessly clean and very well appointed apartment on the first floor. Things like shower gel and soap, cooking facilities, coffee machine, and towels are all provided, and a nice, big, comfortable bed.. The best bit (as George told us) was the terrace, with a great view of Vathy and a fabulous sunset. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment decorated with good taste. Perfectly located: 5 min walk to the Vathi marina and restaurants yet far enough to not hear any noise or smell kitchen fumes. Beatiful veranda with view of the harbor. We loved the dove-shaped towels waiting for us in the bedroom :)

We had an amazing stay at Villa Marika, slight hiccup on arrival which was dealt with beautifully, the property is large, comfortable, ideally located for staying in Vathy. There is a communal BBQ area that we hadn't realised when we booked but you have enough private space for this not to be a problem. I slept like a log here, the beds were fab, a real home from home and we loved seeing the owner for a little chat. It is an authentically Greek place so perhaps the bathrooms feel a little dated but they do exactly what they need to do. Aircon worked well, kitchen was nicely full of every utensil condiment that you need & always a bonus to have a coffee machine. Parking underneath if needed. Honestly a great place to stay for 2 couples. Loved the peace of the sunrises.

The flowers on trees, so pretty. the cool temperature, the facilities, the refreshments provided, the kitchen and it's equivalent. The view of the room and loungeroom, lovely and sweetly set up,. The staff, we met, are so delightful and most kind people I have met. Epiharis studios are worth high value to visit and book a place to stay. very impressed. I do hope for the best of them whom they do the best service, always. !!! unforgettable experience.
