They greeted us at the gate, because we arrived so late and they accommodated us. We visited during super low season, and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves—peaceful, quiet, and almost dreamlike. But even in this off-season serenity, the service? Absolutely top-notch. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel like honoured guests. You could feel their pride in the place, and it made all the difference. Breakfast was a full-on feast (way more than we expected, in the best way), and everything we ate or drank on-site—from meals to drinks—was bursting with flavour and clearly made with care. Everything we ate was delicious, and the cocktails, you MUST order them. The location? Right on the beach, with sunbeds waiting for you and direct access to the sea. Even though it was too cold to swim during our stay, we still enjoyed lounging around on our sunbeds and just eat, drink and chill. This is the kind of place you go to with your girlfriends for a soul-refreshing escape—or honestly, no reason needed at all. Just go. Kea is a gem of a Greek island, and Porto Koundouros was beyond exceptional!

The room was super clean and relaxing (loved the minimal decoration) and the view was AMAZING! The location was great as we had anything we needed closeby in walking distance. Christos and Christina were very hepfull and welcoming
