We had a wonderful stay at the property! The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and beautiful views. Petros was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I look forward to visiting again.

The apartment is beautiful, the premises are spacious well maintained and very very clean. The location is strategic 10 minutes walking distance from the center of Kos, there is plenty of parking in front of the building. Special thanks to the host Petros for the helpfulness and kindness with which he welcomed us. Highly recommended solution.

We had an amazing stay in Xenos Villa 2. The host answered all our questions and was very helpful, thank you for that! Villa is beautiful, clean and big, there are 5 separate bedrooms which was perfect for our family. The environment, private pool with fresh water and palm trees around the pool stole our hearts! The location was very convenient for us. Our stay was AMAZING! We highly recommend it!

Staff were wonderful Also very kind to my Dog Offered to Dog sit / walk when I went to Restaurant (!only place Pets Not allowed Bungalow was very nice ( And apparently the also have on offer even more Luxurious I had a lovely Sea view from mine The offered Water and a good Bottle of Rose Wine ( Property is on the Beach They had 2 large Pools One I was. ot keen onn the other lovely & peaceful durectly by the Beach Had 1/2 Board ( first time in my life ) The Food was good $ tasty

Located at the city centre makes it perfect starting point for wandering around and it's steps away from central bus station. Interior is dated but well maintained and clean. Breakfast is repetitive but it is an offer. Staff is friendly. Great value for money.

An amazing apartment, beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable, had all the amenities you need, the host even gave us two bikes that we were able to use. The location was very convenient, quiet but very close to all the main areas in town. Petros, the host, was very welcoming and gave many great recommendations for our trip on the island. Highly recommend!
