The host was extremely helpful and welcoming, communication was great and we always received a fast response. The room had everything we needed, there was a kitchenette with a fridge, and a small balcony with sea view. Everything was very clean, there were also beach towels that we could use throughout our stay which was also very convenient. Location was quite central too, with lots of restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner. I would definitely stay there again!

We loved everything about this stay! We spent a week here at the end of July and it was simply perfect. The house has every comfort you could need, it’s very clean and furnished in a modern style. There’s also a huge patio outside, which was amazing. The location is really strategic: it’s in an elevated area, quiet and isolated, so you definitely need a car to get around, but it’s great because it’s close to all the most beautiful beaches of Kos, including Paradise Beach which is only a 5-minute drive away. The property is family-run and we enjoyed both their private beach club — which was wonderful, as the beach is not touristy and never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing — and their restaurant, where the food was truly excellent and of very high quality. One of the best parts of our trip was definitely the staff: we felt so warmly welcomed, and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

With a garden, the 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Rooms are fitted with a balcony with a sea view. They were super friendly and welcoming. Let us check in early and check out later, we stayed until our flight at 4pm. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a living area and kitchen. Within 5 mins walking to the beach. Plenty of restaurant within minutes by foot. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This beachfront property offers access to a balcony. There is a restaurant serving Greek cuisine, and an outdoor dining area is available. Natasha met us at the airport on arrival and it set the perfect tone for our stay! Our whole family loved it! The beach was great. We loved Anna's the restaurant downstairs. The location was perfect!

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is located 21 km from Antimachia Castle. The communication with Mr Angelos was great, we arrived from Kos by bus and found Level Houses easily. The concept of small connected houses is really cool. Each "apartment" has three levels and two terraces that allow guests to enjoy the shade/sun depending on their preferences. The bed was really comfortable and the decor simple but nice. We were welcomed by the owner's lovely mother who left us some cookies and a homemade jam as a gift which was a pleasant surprise.

The family-run Panorama Studios enjoys panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, hence located on the cape of Kefalos Village in Kos. Set amidst a well-tended garden, it offers self-catered accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a private balcony. The location of Panorama Studio is simply marvelous. Sevi and her housband Theo are super hosts, always available to help and accomodate all requests. The breakfast was also excellent with a lot of local specialties home made by Ekaterina (Sevi's mother). A special thanks also to Diamatis (Sevi's father) who rented us a car at good conditions. Overall it was a perfect stay and I highly recommend this accomodation for a relaxing holiday in the nicest area of Kos.

Kos Island studios and apartments are furnished with respect to the local style. They are fitted with a kitchenette equipped with a coffee maker, kettle and mini fridge. All air-conditioned units feature a satellite TV and have a balcony overlooking the garden. Really nice family hotel with greek atmosphere! Room was perfectly clear, nice and comfortable. Location of studios is in perfect quiet area of Kos. For family best location! Aircondition in every room, breakfast- oh amazing!!! Also big thanks to Barbara and her family! They were super nice! We had a great time here!!! Kos Island Studio should have more than 2stars!!!
