Kochylari Apartments, a property with a bar, is situated in Kefalos, 700 metres from Kohilari Beach, 14 km from Mill of Antimachia, as well as 19 km from Antimachia Castle. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. The apartment features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. We loved everything about this stay! We spent a week here at the end of July and it was simply perfect. The house has every comfort you could need, it’s very clean and furnished in a modern style. There’s also a huge patio outside, which was amazing. The location is really strategic: it’s in an elevated area, quiet and isolated, so you definitely need a car to get around, but it’s great because it’s close to all the most beautiful beaches of Kos, including Paradise Beach which is only a 5-minute drive away. The property is family-run and we enjoyed both their private beach club — which was wonderful, as the beach is not touristy and never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing — and their restaurant, where the food was truly excellent and of very high quality. One of the best parts of our trip was definitely the staff: we felt so warmly welcomed, and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

This was our second visit to this property and it was as amazing as the first time. It is in a very quiet area in lovely grounds, the houses are great with everything you would need and spotlessly clean all the time thanks to Netzmin. The lady that runs the booking is always available for anything you need on whatsapp and nothing is too much trouble. The houses are close to Kos Town but you would need a car or taxi to get there as a bit far to walk. I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely want to return.

Extremely lovely owners who helped us with the airport transfer, car renting, etc! 😊 (Only suggestion: Another shelf for food storage above the kitchen sink)

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is located 21 km from Antimachia Castle. The communication with Mr Angelos was great, we arrived from Kos by bus and found Level Houses easily. The concept of small connected houses is really cool. Each "apartment" has three levels and two terraces that allow guests to enjoy the shade/sun depending on their preferences. The bed was really comfortable and the decor simple but nice. We were welcomed by the owner's lovely mother who left us some cookies and a homemade jam as a gift which was a pleasant surprise.
