We flew in from the hustle and bustle of Santorini, into a haven of seafront quiet. We had one of the patio apartments, which had a full kitchen, washing machine, terrace and straight onto sandy seafront. We only wish we stayed for longer. Kardamena is close to the airport, and it's a delightfully compact town, with everything you might need only a 2 minute walk away from Pillbox. Emmanuel is a gent, always a text message away, and the Greek cats that come with the property were just delightful! We are already planning our next holiday here in September (which is a great time to come!)

We loved everything about this stay! We spent a week here at the end of July and it was simply perfect. The house has every comfort you could need, it’s very clean and furnished in a modern style. There’s also a huge patio outside, which was amazing. The location is really strategic: it’s in an elevated area, quiet and isolated, so you definitely need a car to get around, but it’s great because it’s close to all the most beautiful beaches of Kos, including Paradise Beach which is only a 5-minute drive away. The property is family-run and we enjoyed both their private beach club — which was wonderful, as the beach is not touristy and never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing — and their restaurant, where the food was truly excellent and of very high quality. One of the best parts of our trip was definitely the staff: we felt so warmly welcomed, and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

Property very clean, a few steps far from the beach and very well maintained with all the necessary facilities including Aircon, tv, bathroom very clean and new, tiny kitchen. The Staff is super friendly, I would love to come back! Around the property you can find plenty of beachfront restaurants with great food. And the most important thing: the beach in front of the apartment is amazing, one of the best beach we found in Kos.

The communication with Mr Angelos was great, we arrived from Kos by bus and found Level Houses easily. The concept of small connected houses is really cool. Each "apartment" has three levels and two terraces that allow guests to enjoy the shade/sun depending on their preferences. The bed was really comfortable and the decor simple but nice. We were welcomed by the owner's lovely mother who left us some cookies and a homemade jam as a gift which was a pleasant surprise.
