Amazing stay – clean, welcoming and great location! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The entire place was very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day and kept everything spotless – hygiene was clearly a top priority. The location is excellent – just a short walk from both the city center and the beach, which made exploring and relaxing super easy. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always available to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality made me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of!

Amazing value for the money we paid. Very good breakfast, central location walking distance to everything in Kos town, nice roof terrace with the pool and now still off season got it just for ourselves.

The pool is lovely and the rooms are clean and spacious with lovely balconies. But the main highlight of this hotel is the staff ! They are all amazing. Gratzi on the bar is one of a kind! She made our holiday within days we felt like we had been there for months in the best way ! We will be back for sure

The room is clean, big enough, peace, and we can walk to the beach. We arrived at mid day, it was very hot day but she already prepared mineral water and juices in the refrigerator, also coffee and some snacks.

There was an excellent selection for all of the family. The kids and adults were all happy with the selection of breakfast available

It was close to everything yet quiet! Dimitri was very nice and accommodating.

It‘s a very very special place in the middle of the town of Kos. We loved the spacious and individual designed rooms. We had a lovely, friendly and welcoming host in Maria who made everything customized for us. She made it possible for us to have a late check in an to leave whenever we liked to. We loved the place and the familiar athmosphere.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and in a fantastic central location — perfect for exploring Kos Town on foot. Our host was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. She even allowed us to check in early at 12:00, which made things so much easier for us. Communication was excellent and we felt very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

A magnificent house, right in the center of the city, 10 steps away from coffee shops and pubs, great location. The decoration is great, it was my best booking experience.

Location, clean and large apartment

Magnificent apartment, beautifully decorated and comfortable, a stone's throw from the port and all the hustle and bustle of Kos town. And, above all, Eirini was incredibly kind to the whole family, with lots of lovely touches. An absolute recommendation!

It felt very welcoming and truly like a home away from home. The house had everything we needed, and everything was in excellent condition. The location was also great, and we especially appreciated the recommendations from the host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, and communication was easy and pleasant throughout our stay. The hotel was very nice, clean rooms, and very nice pool side. Breakfast and dinner were surprisingly very good, i expected more standard things but it was a great surprise to have a taste of local food and really tasty dishes, and plenty of fresh fruits served every time. Also, the people working there, the waiters, the housekeepers, the cooks, the receptionist, were all very kind and accommodating, and there was almost a very nice bond forming with the clients and it was very nice to see how politely (especially the young waiters) were greeting people who were about to check out after their stay in the hotel. We had a similar experience, and we were also greeted very nicely on the day of our departure during our last meal in the hotel. The hotel location is also very good, 2 minutes walk to the beach, and the bus stop just in front of the hotel street, which takes you to Kos town, and from there you can take the bus to and from the airport! I was travelling with my two children and they had a great time, I would definitely suggest this hotel to everyone who wants to spend some nice time in Kos.

Our stay couldn't have been better! The apartment was wonderful! Location excellent, quiet and close to everything. Nice garden/terrace,. Everything was nice and comfortable,the beds,the shower,the wifi. What I absolutely liked was that they really put a thought in how they decorated the apartment. Washing machine with powder,shampoo and bath gel. Cups,knives and anything you might need from the kitchen,a hoover,cleaning paper,writing paper,something to hang your wet clothes. Comfortable chairs,splendid AC and even a extra fan. Welcome gifts and two bottles of water on arrival. And last but definitely not least,Maria who was very responsive and friendly and a true host. She did a wonderful job. Strongly recommended!!!

It really was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, spotlessly clean, modern, and feels almost brand new. The location just outside Kos Town is wonderfully peaceful, with a nice sea view. I would definitely recommend having a car to make getting around easier. The driveway is shared with the neighbouring villa, which was never an issue at all, and there is a spacious covered carport, which is very convenient if you have a rental car. I also really appreciated the incredibly friendly and responsive communication with the hosts. You can tell that they genuinely care about making sure their guests feel comfortable. There was a lovely welcome gift waiting on arrival, as well as fruit, drinks and snacks. The kitchen is very well equipped, and they really have thought of everything, from bath towels and a bathrobe to a separate towel for the hot tub. Everything else was just as well thought out: air conditioning, a TV with Netflix, and the entrance gate and video surveillance provide plenty of privacy and make you feel very safe. I felt completely at home here and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. It was exactly what I could have wished for during a relaxing stay on Kos. I would happily come back!
