This is a great property just walking distance from the Kos international airport. 15 mins drive from the magnificent Agia Stefanos beach. We loved the place , super clean and if you stay on the ground floor you have a private gated parking spot! Excellent value for money. Panagiotis is a great guy and has been super helpful at all times. We stayed at this place one night to spend some time in the wonderful Kos island before taking our flight to Italy. This was our second visit to this property and it was as amazing as the first time. It is in a very quiet area in lovely grounds, the houses are great with everything you would need and spotlessly clean all the time thanks to Netzmin. The lady that runs the booking is always available for anything you need on whatsapp and nothing is too much trouble. The houses are close to Kos Town but you would need a car or taxi to get there as a bit far to walk. I cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely want to return.

The communication with Mr Angelos was great, we arrived from Kos by bus and found Level Houses easily. The concept of small connected houses is really cool. Each "apartment" has three levels and two terraces that allow guests to enjoy the shade/sun depending on their preferences. The bed was really comfortable and the decor simple but nice. We were welcomed by the owner's lovely mother who left us some cookies and a homemade jam as a gift which was a pleasant surprise.

The beach was a 10-minute-walk from the apartment.
