Bra mat o fin service av drycker i poolområdet.

This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The attentiveness and professionalism of absolutely every staff member - is beyond imaginable. Ask something one day - the next day an absolutely different reception shift which you never saw - greets you like they know you for weeks and remembers everything you ever asked during previous days from different reception personnel. And no - there's no "let me check in the computer", they just know! Breakfast personnel - yes, they know what you like, from your previous morning there (and, BTW, breakfast until 11am is a great idea). Everyone speaks perfect English, everyone is always smiling. No idea what's the secret there, but this place is managed in an absolutely perfect way.

If you’re arriving by car, the nearest parking is Caravan Sarai Parking. Breakfast is a bit limited, but there were still good options to choose from and everything we tried was fresh. Location is another big plus — it’s close to great coffee shops and plenty of restaurants, so it’s easy to grab a meal or a morning coffee without going far. Overall, a solid choice if you want a peaceful spot with a roomy, well-kept room and helpful staff.

Rooms are clean and modern. The staff was friendly and kind. My son had a little accident and one of the assistant managers was super helpful. He called us a taxi and arranged a visit to a private clinic. The breakfast was excellent, with various options. The hotel parking was full, but they arranged us a parking spot at a private parking 200 meters from the hotel and costs like 10 euros per day.
