Ciara was a dream to work with before I arrived up until my leaving. The apartment is so cute and you have everything you need provided for you. And that bed, it is sad when the bed is so comfy you’d rather stay in it all instead of hitting the sites… it was AMAZING. Wonderful stay- planning to return

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Clone Country House is a guest house situated in a historic building in Aughrim, 30 km from Glendalough Monastery. I am happy with everything. There were two heaters in the room. The weather was not good, we turned on one for comfort. There is a wide choice of dishes for breakfast. Fried eggs and omelette from home eggs. Aromatic coffee finishes breakfast with a beautiful view of the garden. The house is surrounded by an incredibly beautiful garden. A light breeze carried the aromas of blooming lilies. The hosts are hospitable. I wish their business prosperity.

Situated in Ballyteige Bridge and only 22 km from Glendalough Monastery, Ballyteige Lodge features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. My goodness, where to even begin ! First , this is Not a hotel , nor is it a ‘B&B’ . This is a grand ole home that the owners have graciously opened to the public - on a small scale . If one is looking for the latest greatest ‘comfort’ bells and whistles , do not come here : there is no cafe on-site , there is no restaurant , no 24-7 at the beck n call ‘service’ . Instead , this grand ole home has the patina of History , a dining room where once upon a time Michael Collins visited ( and so much more ! : Sean with a lifetime of experience and stories can relate the unparalleled history of the property — dating back to 1800’s — in a spellbinding way ) . The whole building is filled with a well-curated collection of historical furniture and arts , decoration : yet accessible and free to enjoy : an afternoon tea in the drawing room ; the lush grounds that were established in 1920’s , the Japanese Garden . : And yes , the beds are comfortable ; rooms impeccably clean and cared for . There is no dinner on command , but if the property happens to be at full capacity ( 6-8 persons ) , the option of dinner Is available : and very well worth to partake . Patricia’s culinary talents and creations are well restaurant worthy ! It was a brilliant time to enjoy the company of happenstance dining companions : some from overseas on an Ireland tour to continue their roadtrip the next day , some hikers off The Wicklow Way which is just up the road . Great to exchange stories over a delicious meal . I , myself just wanted to needed to get away from the city for a spell with my two little dogs - looking for quiet and tranquility , I could not have picked a better place : Sean a most gracious host making sure I am well looked after while allowing me ample opportunity to just enjoy my time without interference or interruptions . Truly a joy . A quiet understanding , I felt as if a houseguest for a few days’ visit . Remarkable .

Boasting mountain views, Woodleigh Happy House offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 17 km from Altamont Gardens. I had a lovely one-night stay here - would love to return for a longer stay! Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just a short drive to town (groceries, restaurants, etc).

Located in Wicklow and only 12 km from Glendalough Monastery, Tranquil Tigín - your Little Holiday in Wicklow provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. A unique setting and accomodation, very clean and comfortable furnishings. Good communication from owners of assistance if needed. Kitchen was functional with all crockery available as needed. Fire pit was was a lovely addition enjoyed under festoon lighting. I would highly recommend a stay in Tranquil Tigín.

Situated in Kiltegan in the Wicklow County region, Felicity Cottage, W91 D1W3 features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Stephen & Nicola are the most welcoming and generous of hosts! The space is private and much bigger than we imagined, with a small kitchen area and our own living room! Our spaniel Paddy was also very welcome and enjoyed running around outside with Snoop. A great place to stay at the start of our tour and we would love to return for longer next time.

Offering inner courtyard views, Blainroe Cottage is an accommodation located in Blainroe, 28 km from National Garden Exhibition Centre and 31 km from Glendalough Monastery. The entire house was lovely. We enjoyed our stay and felt like home away from home 😍✅💯

Located 2.9 km from Glendalough Monastery, The Deerstone Luxury Eco Hideaway provides accommodation in Laragh with access to wellness packages. Angela met us with smiles and perfect hospitality. The property is stunningly beautiful just outside town.
