She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. All the staff made us feel welcome. The resort is beautifully situated in lush green surroundings with amazing views. It even has its own coffee plantation! Our room was big and tastefully decorated. We went on the morning nature walks with bird expert Ganesh who showed and explained to us many birds and plants. In the evening we listened to nature and culture stories also presented by Ganesh. For the Holi festival a great party was organized by the hotel and we had a lot of fun! Food was very good (one evening there was a buffet and the other night a la carte). Also to be recommended is the spa where Nancy and her colleague offer quality massages. We definitely could have stayed longer and I am sure we will come back to this wonderful place!
