The terrace garden provided a serene environment where we could relax and take in the beautiful view. Additionally, the laundry area proved to be very convenient. Lovely hostel within a beautiful coffee plantation in Coorg. It is off the beaten track but that adds to the charm, very secluded. Despite the secludedness it was a very sociable hostel and there was a great vibe around the area. Noel (Hope I spelt that correct) is the host there and he is a legend. He made sure I felt comfortable and introduced me to a few people already there and also provided numerous recommendations on things I could do around the area. I recommend the coffee plantation tour at the closest coffee estate. I forget the name of it, ask Noel.

Quiet & clean, jungle location away from noisy traffic. The hosts, Ramu and Kavitha, made sure we had everything we needed. Tuk tuk driver, Anji, showed us all the beautiful temples. We always had breakfast & dinner at Shankar Homestay. I would stay again!

Rahees Bi Roambay - Backpacker Hostel ligger i Mysore, 3 km från Palatset i Mysore, och har en trädgård, terrass och utsikt över trädgården. Nice private room, beautiful common spaces (especially the garden!) and helpful and kind stuff! Great value for money and nice, quiet area! I would definitely recommend:)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! 🌟 The staff and chefs went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The kitchen team adapted perfectly to our food preferences and even mixed different dishes together based on what we liked — such a thoughtful, personalized approach that truly made us feel cared for. During our trip, we also visited a local temple on an excursion — it was an authentic and memorable cultural experience. Another highlight was the activities organized by the hotel: the team played volleyball with us, which was so much fun, and they also gave us bikes to explore the surroundings — a fantastic way to experience the area. We booked 5 safari tours, and on two of them, we were lucky enough to spot two leopards — it was incredible to watch these majestic big cats in their natural habitat. Unfortunately, we didn’t see any tigers, but it’s worth mentioning that we traveled outside of the peak safari season. Due to the monsoon, the landscape was lush and green, which made spotting wildlife more challenging — yet it also gave the jungle a magical, vibrant atmosphere.
