I would like to share a very positive review of Hotel Boutique. The hosts were exceptionally kind, honest, and helpful especially that we visit Ischia with child. The hotel staff was highly professional yet very friendly. The cuisine, especially the dinners, was outstanding, featuring regional dishes made with local ingredients.

We arrived early on the island and the hosts kindly let us check into our room right away. The room was spotless, beautifully scented, and very comfortable. The garden, jacuzzi, and sun loungers create a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent, especially the bruschetta made by the owner – better than what we had in restaurants. The location is great, just a short bus ride from Ischia Porto with frequent connections, yet the property remains quiet.

You can truly feel the host’s effort to make guests feel comfortable and cared for — something that should never be taken for granted and that I have rarely encountered elsewhere.

The apartment is new, comfortable and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable and we got an extra baby cot. The garden is very nice and perfect for kids. Perfect location. We had everything we needed. The owner is lovely and very helpful. There is a option for free delivery of groceries.

The place , panoramic view of İschia , the 2 guys who works at hotel , they helped us so much they gave lot of information about hotel and İschia İsland , i never had better experience before ,if my holiday at hotel was perfect the reason is 2 guys who works there at hotel , the room was gettin cleaned every day , Pool was amazing with thermal water and Sauna , jacuzzi was perfect Breakfast and Dinner 10/10

Hotel Villa Maria ligger i Ischia och har en trädgård, en terrass, en restaurang och en bar. The views from the terrace where you have breakfast and dinner is also served were glorious. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful yoghurt seeds and fruit selection as well pastries. Coffee was served and delicious. Most importantly Romaldo Carmella and Adella were the most caring genuine and hospitable hosts. We felt at home.

The place is newly built/renovated. The building is clean, minimalistic and modern, and is surrounded by a beautiful garden, where you can sit and enjoy the views. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Each room has a private terrace with a sea view. The hotel is very quiet, private and lets you relax properly. It doesn’t have lots of rooms, so it gives you an intimate vibe. I would definitely recommend it for couples - maybe not necessarily for families with small children. We enjoyed the breakfast - it was served nicely and everything was fresh and tasty. It’s mostly sweet, the Italian style. The hosts made sure everything was fresh and refilled when needed. The location is great as well - pretty close to the Baia di Sorgeto, where you can enjoy the thermal waters. It’s quite far from the bus station and up the hill, so it may be difficult to reach without the car or scooter. Special thanks to lovey host Barbara, who made sure we had a smooth check-in and took a great care of us. She helped us to rent a scooter and gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and spots.
