Great location, especially if you need to be close to Brignole station (from which you van go to lots of small Ligurian towns on the beach). Beautiful, newly renovated hotel. The breakfast was exceptional. Fresh juice, really good cheeses and baked goods. We loved the room bc it had plenty of natural light. The hotel staff was very professional. We also needed additional blanket and the cleaning lady immediately brought it - great hospitality! I recommend staying in this hotel 100%!

The room was very comfortable, modern, stylish and clean as it was in the pictures, the view was fantastic. The bed was perfect, for us it’s very important to have comfortable bed and pillows. Very welcoming and helpful staff. We definitely come back.

The biggest charm of this place is hospitality of Flavio and Emanuela. The view is splendid. My room was spacious and warm. Food was a discovery and hearty, both breakfast and dinner. Emanuela's sweets were so tasty, and every night Flavio prepared different typical Ligurian food such as Cima alla Liguria. One night he kindly offered SUSHI for me coming from Japan! While meat based main plate following pasta is their standard, he cooked rice, some fish with NORI (seaweed), GOMA (sesame) and soy sauce. Such efforts! I don’t have a car. So, they kindly picked me up at Bordighera and brought me back there despite their heavy schedule such as honey auction, administrative works and among others a birthday party for their fairy-like daughter Nicole. Staying for a while at an Italian agriturismo was my old dream and Flavio’s family made my dream indeed unforgettable.

The staff was very kind and even greeted us around town, the room was very well kept and clean and most importantly very homey. We felt right at home! The breakfast was also excellent, with a small buffet of cakes and desserts and a menu of various dishes, both savory and sweet, all very well-made and in generous amounts. Breakfast was also served in a truly wonderful terrace full of lemon trees which made the experience even more beautiful. The free beach was also a 5-minute walk away and we could always find a space for two towels in the afternoon, which meant that when coming back from exploring the other places we could always put on our swimming suits and go snorkeling (very recommended since the water is crystal clear and full of small fish). We could also borrow their beach towels which was very useful. The way from the train station was a bit uphill (although the whole town is full of ups and downs) but overall pretty quick and full of restaurants and souvenir shops which can come in very handy. We definitely recommend the affiliated restaurant "Da Eraldo" for some good quality fish and seafood and "L'Osteria" for some good local food; the staff of both of these was also very friendly and very willing to make some small talk. We also recommend the trekking trail "Sentiero Azzurro" but be aware that there are some pretty long uphill stairways so start early in the morning if you're planning to go there in summer. Overall our stay was wonderful and there were no complications, truly a wonderful place to spend a couple of days!

Set in a park 5km from the center of Alassio and 110 metres from the beach, Baba Residences offers sea view apartments with choice of private balcony, terrace, garden and private free parking . I liked everything. The view is incredible. The bed really comfortable.

Genoa's Hotel Fiume is 50 metres from the main street, Via XX Settembre, a 3-minute walk from Genova Brignole Train Station, and a 15-minute walk from the historic centre and the Aquarium. This hotel was such a nice surprise! I only regret that I didn’t book two nights here, overly cautious from bad experience with other properties. The location is perfect - so near the main train station and a short walk from the center. The room was so clean, comfortable and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very attentive and actually at the reception for check in and consult at any hour, something that is becoming more and more rare in hotels in Italy. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Genova.

This 5-star design hotel is set in a quiet tree-lined boulevard in a residential area in the heart of Genoa, a 10-minute walk from the main shopping street XX Settembre and city centre. The staff is great , they have a valet, the hotel very clean and the location is very good
