Communication was excellent before and during my stay. The access process with a code is very straightforward and means that you can’t lose a key/card or lock yourself out. Just make sure to memorise the code! The apartment is centrally located and close to all tourist attractions in Turin. It is on a street with a tram but I really didn’t hear it much of it at all. The room is in a beautiful, old, historical building which was so charming and makes you feel like you are living like a local! The area felt very safe which is so important to me as a solo female traveller. The room itself has been renovated while still retaining the original charm. It was spacious and was just the right temperature. The bed was comfortable and it’s such a treat to have a little balcony! The fridge and microwave is much appreciated! The shower was very good and all towels in the bathroom were clean, perfectly white and really soft. The thing that surprised me the most was that I wasn’t expecting it to be cleaned at all during my stay as most apartment style lettings are not usually cleaned during a short stay in my experience. Therefore it was the most pleasant surprise to return to the room after the first day and see how well it had been cleaned and tidied! The floor had been mopped and everything. Immaculate! I was so impressed with the housekeeping every day. They even replaced the fresh drinking water in the fridge each day. There is a good supermarket downstairs which was really handy. Highly recommend Urban Relais. Grazie!

The most pet-friendly hotel I have ever been to, there is even a leash-free zone for dogs in the vast gardens. The two inner courtyards with arcades of the beautiful former monastery provide a perfect outdoor setting for the rich breakfast, the atmosphere of the hotel is historical and contemporary at the same time. There is even a fitness room which was perfect for exercise before starting the long drive. There were enough free lots in the safe closed parking space despite the hotel being full.

Friendly hotel workers who always glad to help you with any questions, incredible breakfast, high level restaurant and very good lounge bar. All was great! I'm sad that I have no time for spa, but I think it's good too, because in this hotel you can see professional service in each point.
