I spent a lot of time thinking what I did not like about this but failed. Beautiful location, seconds from where the airport bus dropped us off near Puerto Nova. Huge, clean and warm room ( we booked a triple), spotless toilet and shower, no noise or disturbance from the outside. The staff was kind and polite, the breakfast was basic but tasty ( non machine coffee!) and they kept our luggage with a smile! We paid a very fair price and would happily stay here when in Torino again!

Spotlessly clean room, very well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location is excellent, perfect for relaxation yet close to everything you might need. The host was extremely polite and helpful, always available via phone to answer any questions or assist with anything we needed. A highly recommended stay for any traveler!

The rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. The original 13th century courtyards, roof and outside facia of the convent is beautiful. The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of the old town and historic places around. Breakfast was good with a good variety to choose from. Coffee was very good. The very large reception hall is striking and beautiful. We appreciated the motorbike specific parking.

Everything was perfect, starting from the team of the hotel extremely supportive and helpful. We came very late at night, and they did everything to help with finding a parking and serving a dinner. The hotel is beautifully designed, rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty, and can be served also in a beautiful patio.

The gentleman (I can’t remember his name) that checked us in was terrific. He was engaging, helpful, and added a lot to our experience in the hotel and also the city.
