The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Set in a 12th-century building in Gubbio, Nikis Resort has 2 pools, 3 bars and a restaurant. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned accommodation with wooden-beam ceilings. Where could I start, we happened to book Nikis by chance as it had a great view and a pool. We really lucked out! The team were super accommodating, arranging anything we needed. The food was exceptional and the view was spectacular! Comfy beds, great wine, great people and dog friendly too! We were so impressed with the whole experience we have now decided to hold our wedding at Nikis next year!
