It’s so cozy, very authentic, you get onsen tickets everyday, few minutes walk from the station, free drinks, and there is food available also. Just amazing

Logement design mais très proche des autres, donc peu de privauté (vues sur les fenêtres des autres logements). Bonne base pour découvrir les pistes d'Hakuba. Bien situé pour accéder aux restaurant locaux. Nous avions une voiture mais il y a un bus à proximité pour le départ des remontées. Très belle cuisine très bien équipée. La construction est récente est clean.

We stayed one night and it was the highlight of our trip to Japan. The location was beautiful, the onsen was perfect, the food was some of the best we’ve ever had, and the hostess, Maki, was so nice and welcoming. Maki taught us, two non-Japanese, the proper way to enjoy a ryokan stay, enabling us get the full traditional Japanese experience. If you are able to book a stay at this ryokan then consider yourself lucky, it is truly wonderful.

Le service de navette est top, les conseils pour la location de skis parfaits et, les pizzas du soir ont été bien appréciées. La maison est très cosy, confortable et super propre.

Host was a good and prompt communicator and very helpful. We appreciated our bags being picked up from Yamato Transport and taken to El Green Log for us. It was very spacious (especially by Japan standards), clean and had everything we needed. Very warm and we loved the fireplace. Good location to get shuttles from the Echoland Spicy stop to ski fields, and an easy walk to many restaurants.
